Cradle Cap & Nappy Rash Treatment
Naturology Cradle Cap & Nappy Rash Treatment. An All-Natural & Organic Cream that is Non Irritating, Helps Loosen & Remove Dry Scaly or Crusty Skin - Soothes Irritated Skin
Newborn babies can suffer from a number of skin problems in the first few months from very dry flakey skin, cradle cap, nappy rash, sweat rashes & a whole lot more.
Naturology's founder Chloe was alarmed at how many baby treatment products had chemicals in the formula & at the sheer number of products she needed to treat her little ones skin conditions. (She's got two little girls)
So she set about creating what you see today, a multi-purpose cream created specifically to treat rashes in children (and to do it with natural & organic ingredients)
Look after & treat:
- Cradle Cap
- Nappy Rash
- Dry Skin
- Baby Eczema
- Dry Flaky Skin
- Dry Scalp
- Areas Prone to Fungal Infections
The all-natural cream is fragrance free & formulated without parabens or any harsh / nasty chemicals & you are fully back ed by our 365 day guarantee!
All our formulas are created using the best natural & organic ingredients possible, here's a breakdown of what's in Naturology's Cradle cap & Nappy Rash treatment:
How to apply:
1. Cradle Cap: take a small amount (roughly 10p size) and gently massage into the affected area. The cream may not completely absorb straight away, that's OK (it depends how much hair your little one has!)
Apply the treatment 2 times daily (more if the cradle cap is quite severe).
You should start to see an improvement after the first use, although this is not always the case, if not immediate you should notice the cream working within a couple of days.
2. Nappy Rash: babies get sore bums for a variety of reasons, it's a skin inflammation caused by sitting in wet nappies ( although wee is not the main issue - it's actually the babies poo...
"it happens mainly because a baby’s poo contains digesting enzymes, which can start breaking her skin down if she’s left sitting in a dirty nappy too long. But nappy rash can also be aggravated by ammonia, which is made when your baby’s wee is broken down by bacteria from her poo, and in turn irritates her skin.” according to Stephen Kownacki, chair of the Primary Care Dermatology Society.
The key to treating nappy rash with a cream is to NOT put it on too thickly, instead it can create a film on the nappy lining, which reduces its absorption efficiency.
Instead, put on a thin layer of cream so the wee can be absorbed properly into the nappy, while the cream’s still protecting your baby’s skin.
Naturology's cream has been specially formulated to work on a variety of mild skin conditions, however if you are unsure as to the condition always seek advice from you doctor.

We'll try and cover all the frequently asked questions below, if we missed something or if you have a question you need the answer to, just drop us an email at: email@example.com!
Are your products really all over 90% natural and organic?
YES - in fact most are over 95% natural and organic, we provide a full breakdown of the ingredients we use and why we use them simply click here and see why we use what we use! We are starting to resell other lovingly crafted natural products, in our search for the worlds bets natural products we do thoroughly research our suppliers to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
Why are your products not 100% natural?
Good question - to be 100% natural / organic there has to be no preservative or a natural version, the truth is if a skincare product has no preservative at all the natural organic product will have a shelf life of around 1-2 weeks at best (and that's if you keep it in the fridge!) Therefore this is not an option...We could use a natural preservative like grapefruit seed extract, that would give a shelf life of 4-6 weeks, this is simply not an option due to the nature of business!
Most major brands use chemical based preservatives, many use a several versions combined into one product to give a life of anywhere from 2-3 years (more if parabens are used) - parabens have links to cancer!
We use phenoxyethanol at 1% which is more than enough to provide a 12 month shelf life. We'd love to use no preservatives, sadly this is simply not an option!
Do you use any animal ingredients?
Non of our products contain animal products, we may introduce new products that are derived from beeswax or honey
Most BIG brands claim to use natural ingredients - whats make Naturology different?
We are 100% transparent about what we use and in what quantities!
OK we'll keep this short and simple - the skincare market is not as regulated as it should be, meaning there are a lot of grey areas surrounding skin care and what can and can't be said. A company can say they are NATURAL even if they have 2-3 natural ingredients in small quantities sitting right alongside a massive list of chemical ingredients, including parabens and silicones!
Why do they do this - isn't it obvious? Profits, if they were open about what ingredients they used and the harsh, damaging chemicals they added, sales would plummet, their brand identity would be in tatters and share holders would pi**ed off!
Generally speaking big brands use the cheapest ingredients they can get away with, and spend a TON of money on fancy advertising to make you believe the hype surrounding their "miracle" products! WE SMELL BS!
What are the harmful ingredients, we should avoid?
Most people have no real idea about the ingredients on the back of products, most folks see pretty packaging, read the claims, decide it must be good and off they go to buy it! Thought never really goes into the ingredients label - here are some key ingredients to avoid: (click on each product to understand why they are bad for you!)
- PARABENS (methyl, propyl, butyl ethyl)
- SULPHATES (sodium lauryl/laureth sulphate, ammonium lauryl/laureth sulpahate)
- DIETHANOLAMINE (DEA), TRIETHANOLAMINE (TEA)
- DIAZOLIDINYL UREA, IMIDAZOLIDINYL UREA
- PROPYLENE GLYCOL
- SILICONE BASED EMOLLIENTS
- PVP/VA COPOLYMER
- STEARALKOMIUM CHLORIDE
- BENZOYL PEROXIDE
